The Brief
Time management apps often feel like another thing to manage. TimeNest was designed around a different feeling: less pressure, more order. The app needed to help users see their day, organise their tasks and return to their schedule without feeling overwhelmed by it.
The Product Logic
The experience was built around simple daily structure. Calendars, tasks, reminders and progress moments were organised into a flow that feels easy to understand and easy to repeat.
The product had to feel useful first - then friendly.

The Interface
The visual system uses rounded forms, warm contrast, clear hierarchy and soft character moments to make the app feel approachable without losing function. Every screen was designed to support quick decisions: what is happening today, what needs attention and what can wait.
The Prototype
We built an interactive prototype to test the main flow and show how the app behaves in use.
The prototype connects the planning experience, interface states and character moments into one working product direction.
What It Shows
TimeNest shows BERTA’s ability to give structure and personality to a functional digital product.
The project turns a productivity tool into an experience that feels organised, approachable and easy to come back to.
